What we use
Kweza Invoice uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Strictly necessary
A session cookie and Firebase Authentication storage keep you signed in and protect your account. These cannot be turned off — without them the app cannot work.
Preferences
We store a few settings on your device, such as your light or dark theme choice, the last dashboard you viewed, and your selected currency. These stay on your device.
Your documents
Your invoices, quotations, receipts and clients are saved to your device for offline use and synced to your account when you are online. Clearing your browser storage will remove the local copy.
Security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect sign-in from automated abuse. Turnstile may set a technical cookie to confirm you are a real person. It does not profile you for advertising.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary items will sign you out and prevent the app from working.
